Just follow:


1. remove the file existing ceminbox from the site,
2. link to your account menu the file: ceminboxtext.php
3. upload the two files to your pages dir
4. if you need to modify your ceminbx to your site template, just make changes to file: ceminboxtext.php  DO NOT TOUCH THE ceminbox.php OR DO NOT RENAME IT.
