beezyclickin.com Terms Of Service

By signing up and actively using the beezyclickin.com program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. beezyclickin.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its affiliates. Affiliates will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an Admin Message when they sign in to there account.beezyclickin.com. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the beezyclickin.com program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Responsibility of Affiliates:

You must be 13 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International affiliates and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.

You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You must also sign up with all correct address information as well. You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing beezyclickin.com account. If multiple accounts are found all accounts will be DELETED immediatly.

You will use your email address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your beezyclickin.com account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by beezyclickin.com be detected(such as more than 3 cheat links clicked, incorrect user information or bad keywords selected, using cheat software) it may result in member termination immediatly. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.

You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up beezyclickin.com. You must maintain login to you account once every 30 days and click at least 50 links to remain active. Accounts will be reviewed betweem the 21st through the 27th month at which time if the requirements are not met your account will be SUSPENDED. All accounts will then be reviewed on the last day of the month for review of clicking the minimum clicks (50) if it has not been reached your account will then be deleted. Accounts will not be reinstated.beezyclickin.com.
You agree to receive e-mail advertising from beezyclickin.com

In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from beezyclickin.com, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.

Relationship of the Parties:

You and beezyclickin.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and beezyclickin.com. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of beezyclickin.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

Limitation of Liability:

beezyclickin.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or beezyclickin.com program, even if beezyclickin.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, beezyclickin.com aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Paid To Promote:

Members are NOT allowed to use only the Paid to Promote feature. This is an added bonus for ACTIVE Members. Anyone caught only using the Paid to Promote feature and has not met the click requirement of 250 clicks (for ptp users).
BeezyClickin reserves the right to DELETE any member's Paid to Promote Page that is caught only using the Paid to Promote feature at any time.

CHEATING:

Members who are caught cheating will have there account terminated and will not be paid their earnings. Instances of cheating include the following:

1) Clicking on more than 3 cheat links in a month period.
2) Caught using automated software to access the site.
3) Having multiple accounts. Examples: same IP address, same Payment Account or same computer ID.
4) Caught Cheating the Paid to Promote page in any way.
5) Having incorrect info listed in user's account
6) Have bad interests selected in their accounts such as cheater, I cheat, or selecting search when not from a search friendly country
7) Being disrespectful or threatening to the admin

Payments:

Once the member has reached payout and there account is in good standing they may request payment.

Paypal Payments will be paid within 30 days of request or a reasonable time after.

Egold Payments are subject to a 10% fee and are paid on a when funds are available basis. This may go past 30 days as egold is not easy to come by. All payouts will be paid in the order in which they are recieved
Spam:

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your affiliateship with beezyclickin.com and may result in legal prosecution. beezyclickin.com strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. beezyclickin.com may charge up to $5 per spam email sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. beezyclickin.com will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
